As a Senior Sales and Stylist Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the brand and your role will consist of the following:
- Contribute to the development of our brand's image by providing a unique in-store experience and personalised fashion styling advice.
- Drive sales and achieve targets by introducing complementary items.
- Share product and brand knowledge, build and maintain a good relationship with clients, collect CRM details; manage personal follow-up with the clients.
- Assist in maintaining the shop floor, visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment, promoting the brand image at all times.
Profile:
- You will combine an enthusiastic and authentic taste for the brand, for fashion and for sale.
- You have a proven successful 2 years’ experience in selling Ready to Wear and Leather Goods in Fashion or in Luxury Retail.
- You have a perfect understanding of retail business KPIs.
- You have an excellent personal presentation.
- You are proactive and positive, a good team player with a high level of motivation.
- You are passionate about customer service and the sales floor, committed to achieving targets.
- You are focused on the client’s needs and experience, willing to build long-lasting relationships.
- You have excellent communication skills to ensure clear, effective communication with management, staff and clients.
6-month fixed-term contract starting ASAP (convertible to a permanent contract).
