We are looking for friendly and reliable volunteers to support our growing e‑commerce operation. In this role, you will utilise your skills to assist with creating clothing mystery bags, listing items on Vinted and occasionally help sort through donated books.
What you'll be doing:
- Photographing and creating listings for Vinted
- Sorting through clothes to create Mystery Bags
- Research approximate pricing for clothing, books, or miscellaneous items
- Ensure product descriptions include measurements, sizing, condition, and item details
- Support with organising books
- Keep the e‑commerce work area neat and organised
- Follow organisation guidelines to ensure fair pricing and quality standards
Your skills & abilities:
- Strong attention to detail, especially when checking item condition and creating mystery bags
- Good written communication for describing items clearly
- Ability to organise items efficiently and follow a step‑by‑step listing process
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different online selling platforms
- Interest in fashion, books and online shopping (advantage but not required)

Am I eligible to volunteer?
- At least 18 years old
- Live within an easy commute to the area
- Interested in volunteering for at least 6 months for at least 3 hours per week
