We are looking for volunteers to support the Supporter Care Manager with donor administration. We ask you to commit to at least one regular half-day weekday session on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Session times are: AM: 9am - 1pm, PM: 1pm to 5pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Counting cash and cheques received at Head Office
- The banking process in preparation for collection by G4S
- Preparation of donation paperwork for input to Raiser’s Edge
- Input of donations to Raiser’s Edge
- Creating acknowledgement letters
- Any other duties that fall reasonably within the scope of the role

- Live within an easy commute to the area
- Interested in volunteering for at least 6 months for at least 3 hours per week
