Our Learning and Development Team is looking for a volunteer to help bring our training materials to life. This role will play an important part in enhancing the quality and impact of our communication skills training.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Contributing to the creation of engaging training videos or audios to use within our training sessions
  • Taking part in role‑play scenarios used in communication and interpersonal skills workshops
  • Helping us model realistic workplace situations to support staff development

Your skills and abilities:

  • Confident, reliable, and comfortable performing in front of a camera or small group
  • No formal acting experience required – enthusiasm and good communication skills are more important
  • Strong team player with an interest in supporting learning and development
  • Openness to feedback – willing to adjust performance based on training objectives
  • Experience in a learning and development role is a bonus though not essential

  • Live within an easy commute to the area
  • Interested in volunteering for at least 6 months for at least 3 hours per week
