This is an exciting, hands-on role at the heart of our fundraising team, helping to deliver creative events and meaningful supporter experiences that raise vital funds for Isabel Hospice.
About The Role
You’ll work closely with colleagues across fundraising and marketing to coordinate challenge events and support a wide range of community fundraising activities. From cheerleading a first-time marathon runner to helping a local school plan a fundraiser, no two days will be the same. - Building strong relationships with local groups, schools, organisations and individuals
- Helping recruit and support community ambassadors and fundraising groups
- Delivering excellent supporter stewardship, from first contact through to thank you and follow-up

You’ll also be a visible ambassador for Isabel Hospice, representing our values and ensuring all interactions reflect the professionalism, care and integrity we are known for.
About You

- A strong communicator, both in writing and on the phone
- Proactive, creative and full of ideas
- Comfortable managing a varied workload and juggling different priorities
- IT confident, with experience using databases or CRM systems
Experience in fundraising, events, or a customer-facing role would be ideal, but just as important is your energy, empathy and willingness to learn.
