Are you passionate about sustainable fashion? We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and customer-focused individual to help lead our charity shop in the Galleria, Hatfield. Each of our shops has its own unique personality, and you’ll play a key role in maintaining our strong reputation within the local community. Your work will help prevent reusable items from going to landfill, while also ensuring we can continue providing expert care to the people who need it most.

Our retail teams work on a rota to meet the needs of the shop, so this role requires flexibility and regular weekend work (5 days out of 7). As Shop Manager, you will be central to the success of our retail operations. You’ll oversee daily shop activities, drive sales, support and develop staff and volunteers, and deliver excellent customer service.

What will I be doing?

  • Maximising store income and profits by delivering exceptional retail standards
  • Maintaining and promoting the highest standard of customer care
  • Creating eye-catching displays and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shop
  • Engage and train volunteers to assist in the running of the shop
  • Meeting gift aid conversion rates from people donating goods
  • Support events held both in the shop and the local community
