We are looking for a Fundraising Coordinator to join our Income Generation team, supporting our work with Major Donors, Corporate Partners, and Trusts & Foundations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, people-focused, and motivated by making a real difference. Working closely with senior fundraisers, you will play a key role in helping to build strong, long-term relationships with supporters and ensuring they receive excellent stewardship and a positive experience. You don’t need to be an expert in all areas, we’re looking for someone with the right skills, attitude, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of major donor, corporate, and trust fundraising activity
- Helping to research and prepare donor proposals, funding applications, and reports
- Coordinating meetings, events, communications, and follow-up actions
- Ensuring supporters are thanked and kept informed about the impact of their support
- Maintaining accurate records and income tracking on our CRM system
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across fundraising, marketing, finance, and services
About You
- Experience of managing and working with fundraising databases
