Independent Financial Adviser – Senior Level

About the Role

Isaacs Wealth & Benefits is a Chartered, fully independent financial planning and employee benefits firm based in the Midlands. We specialise in holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and wealth management for individuals, families, and businesses.

We are now seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) to join our growing team. This is a senior-level role with real autonomy, full internal support, and long-term potential, ideal for advisers who want to deliver outstanding advice without the pressure of sales targets or restrictive panels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide independent, client-focused advice across pensions, investments, protection, and broader financial planning.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Work collaboratively with paraplanners and administrative staff to ensure efficient, compliant service delivery.
  • Stay up to date with technical knowledge, regulatory requirements, and market developments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum Level 4 qualified (Chartered or working toward it preferred).
  • A strong track record of ethical advice and client retention.
  • Broad technical knowledge in pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning.
  • A relationship-led approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated, self-starting, and able to manage your own diary.
  • A collaborative mindset, this is a team-oriented environment.
