The Customer Growth Partner is responsible for deepening relationships with existing customers, identifying growth opportunities, and increasing their purchasing volume. This role blends consultative selling with strategic follow-ups to build customer loyalty and drive sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building
    • Maintain regular check-ins and relationship-building activities (calls, visits, coffee meetings).
    • Understand each customer’s business needs, preferences, and goals.
    • Act as a trusted advisor who adds value beyond the sale.
  • Growth & Upselling Strategy
    • Introduce relevant new products and promotions tailored to customer needs.
    • Monitor ordering patterns and suggest volume increases or complementary goods.
    • Support bundling, seasonal campaigns, or loyalty initiatives to drive larger baskets.
  • Account Management
    • Track customer orders, follow up on purchasing timelines, and resolve any service issues.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and engagement history.
    • Use customer insights to inform commercial and product strategy.
  • Engagement Planning
    • Build individual growth plans for each customer.
    • Schedule proactive reminders, follow-ups, and strategic check-ins.

  • Reporting & Insights
    • Monitor and report on customer growth metrics.
