Our global engineering client based in West Lothian is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join its inspection team within a fast-paced machining environment. This is a hands-on role focused on dimensional inspection of complex machined components, supporting production through accurate measurement, programme development and quality reporting.
The Role
- Programming, modifying and verifying CMM programmes for new and existing components
- Carrying out dimensional inspection of precision machined parts
- Performing manual inspection of first-off and production components
- Producing accurate dimensional reports and first-off documentation
- Generating and managing non-conformance reports
- Maintaining inspection records and programme control
- Communicating inspection findings clearly to production and quality teams
