To support this expansion, they are looking to appoint a Production Team Leader to run daily operations, lead a small, skilled team, and drive continuous improvement within a busy manufacturing environment.
This is very much a hands‑on leadership role, where you\’ll play an active part in production while guiding and developing your team to deliver high‑quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan workloads and co‑ordinate closely with engineering and supply chain teams.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team to ensure products are manufactured to the highest standard.
- Be actively involved in production, providing hands‑on support where needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and product development.
- Maintain KPIs and take responsibility for the upkeep and efficiency of facilities.
About You
- Time‑served Mechanical Engineer (or equivalent qualification).
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
