We’re working with a growing manufacturing and distribution business operating within a specialist area of engineering and technology. They supply high-quality, application-led products to customers across the UK and Europe and are looking to add a Customer Account Manager to their team. This is a commercially focused role with a technical edge. You’ll be supporting incoming enquiries, preparing quotations, and helping customers identify the right solution for their needs. This is not a cold-calling sales role. Instead, it’s a structured, relationship-led position where you’ll manage enquiries, process orders, and build long-term customer relationships.
The role: You’ll act as a key point of contact for customers, taking enquiries and turning them into accurate quotations and orders. Working alongside technical and operations teams, you’ll gain a strong understanding of the product range and how it’s applied in real-world scenarios.
