Related Fluid Power is a market leader in the design, development, manufacture, and supply of hydraulic controls and mini power packs to globally recognised OEMs. As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our busy team at our Cuparmuir facility in Cupar, Fife. We’re looking for an organised, proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to keep everything moving — from purchase orders and supplier management to stock control and logistics. If you enjoy problem-solving, staying one step ahead, and making sure production never stops, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Purchase Orders & Supplier Management
- Raise, update and track POs
- Chase confirmations and resolve any discrepancies
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times and pricing
- Keep systems accurate and up to date (Business Central/NAV)
- Record stock adjustments and maintain reliable inventory levels
- Arrange shipments and liaise with carriers/forwarders
- Check customs/shipping documentation and track deliveries
- Manage urgent or time-critical requests
- Process rejects and returns
- Coordinate replacements and maintain accurate registers
- Support internal departments with materials, tooling and design requests
- Keep all daily, weekly and monthly supply chain trackers updated
- Provide cover across procurement and stores when required
What You’ll Bring
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident communicator who can hold suppliers accountable
- Solid Microsoft Office skills; ERP experience (BC/NAV) ideal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement (preferred)
Hours, Pay & Benefits
- Mon–Thu: 8:30am–5pm (30-min lunch)
- Fri: 8:30am–2pm
- Pension exchange programme
- 28 days leave (22 days + 6 public holidays)
