The Role
We are recruiting a Business Support Executive to join a busy Commercial Team in Dundee. This is a varied role where you will act as the key link between customers, production, and internal teams, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and customers receive excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for customer queries, updates, and support
- Process customer orders from purchase order through to invoicing
- Liaise with production planners to confirm delivery dates and priorities
- Coordinate shipping, transport, and accurate documentation
- Work with quality and finance teams to resolve queries and support customers
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and support onboarding of new clients
Skills and Experience Required
- 2-5 years\' experience in a similar role (Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service or Business Support)
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Knowledge of HubSpot and SAGE would be an advantage (training provided)
