Overview
Are you a Wood CNC Machine Operator that is ready to begin your career at one of the most renowned custom door manufacturers here in London? If so, please apply today as we are actively searching for the right candidate to fill this full time position.
Responsibilities
- Produce machined parts by setting up and operating a computer numerical control CNC Machine; maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records, and maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Run a 3 Axis CNC Machine with vacuum lifts
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Fabricate parts and assemble high quality, premium, wooden stile and rail doors
- Operate cutting, sanding, gluing and press tools
- Maintain equipment through preventative maintenance; Implement routine maintenance checklist
- Perform basics troubleshooting when machine malfunctions
Qualifications
- Previous experience running a 3 Axis Machine with Vacuum Lifts
- Ability to read blueprints
- Grade 12 and/or relevant diploma
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Shift: Day Shift – 6:30am – 2:30pm Monday – Friday
Rate of pay – $22.50 – $24.00/hr
