Role Purpose

You are responsible for accurate day-to-day processing and maintaining clean accounting records for a portfolio of clients. You work within defined workflows but are expected to think for yourself, spot issues early, and take ownership of your work, rather than waiting to be told what to do.

    • Perform fixed asset reconciliations.
    • Escalate inconsistencies early.

  • What “Good” Looks Like in This Role

    • Work is review-ready, not half-done. (If training on certain areas is needed, it will be provided)
    • Issues are flagged early — not at deadline.
    • You follow the workflow but: Think ahead; Anticipate missing information; Take initiative where something doesn’t make sense.
    • Karbon always reflects reality.

    Skills, Traits & Expectations

    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Solid Xero and Dext knowledge.
    • Ability to follow processes consistently.
