We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Junior Field Sales Executive to help grow our business by building strong relationships with retailers and identifying new sales opportunities. The Role
- Manage and develop a portfolio of retail customers.
- Represent the Irwins Bakery brand, ensuring our products are well presented, available, and supported through excellent instore activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships at point of purchase with existing retail customers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales and distribution targets.
- Conduct regular customer visits to maximise product availability and visibility.
- Negotiate promotions and merchandising opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback.
- Collection of delivery dockets (PODs) from key customers.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Assist with the organisation of trade shows and events.
- Assist marketing department with social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
- Assist with new product launches.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree/ HND in Marketing, Business, or a related field or 2 years experience in sales/marketing role.
- Driving licence.
- IT Literate to include experience with Microsoft Packages.
- Ability to work well under pressure and against tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Organised with excellent time management skills.
- Commercial awareness and a results-focused mindset.
