The predicted salary is between 55000 - 65000 ÂŁ per year.

This is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your development and broaden your expertise within a highly respected and innovative team. You will work alongside leading solicitors and recognised experts on a challenging and varied case load of privately funded matters, as well as cases supported through a range of alternative funding arrangements such as CFAs and matters where payment is made on conclusion. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of contentious probate and trust matters, with clear, authentic opportunities for progression as part of a nationally recognised, growing department.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • 0-5 years PQE.
  • You have a strong appetite for business development, able to build successful relationships with referrers of work, members of the bar and the legal profession.
  • You can operate independently and as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients whilst contributing to the development and mentorship of others.
  • You bring excellent client care and inter‐personal skills, operating with integrity and showing empathy and intuition.
  • Existing contacts within the local market would be beneficial.
  • Experience in contentious probate matters, ideally in a specialist Wills, Trusts & Estates Disputes role.

Position Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor (0-5 years' PQE) to join our high performing Legal 500‐ranked Wills, Trusts and Estate Disputes team in London. As part of our national WTED practice, the London team has extensive experience representing executors, beneficiaries and trustees, delivering outstanding results through exceptional client care and strategic innovative thinking.

On‐Boarding & Screening
