We’re looking for a talented individual to join our Private Client team in Southampton or Chichester, working alongside Naomi Neville, Head of Lifetime and Estate Planning on the South Coast.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Strong experience advising on complex and high‑value matters, including wills, lifetime trusts, deeds of variation, powers of attorney, and estate administration.
  • Ideally STEP qualified or working towards qualification.
  • Skilled in lifetime IHT planning and taxation of trusts and estates.
  • Strong financial discipline and ability to collaborate with other teams and external professionals.
  • Enthusiastic about business development and building strong client and referrer relationships.
  • A team player with a passion for growth and innovation.
