Your Role
You’ll provide quality legal advice to the firm’s clients by appropriate supervision and training and managing your own caseload from the outset. Your goal will be to obtain interim payments where possible, enabling rehabilitation, a care package, and suitable accommodation to be arranged before the claim concludes. Our team is dedicated to enhancing our clients’ quality of life. You’ll join Partner Tim Annett’s Group Actions Team, part of the Medical Negligence Department in Sheffield. The team specializes in group actions, particularly cases arising from medical negligence, and also handles product liability claims related to drugs, medical devices, and consumer goods. “We have the resources to manage even the largest cases, but we remain focused on our clients and their individual needs.” – Tim Annett
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking instructions from clients and providing legal advice.
- Managing your own caseload while assisting Partners and senior team members on high-value cases.
- Reviewing cases and relevant matters with supervisors to ensure quality legal advice.
About You
- 3-5 years PQE with a background in Medical Negligence.
- Experience with group actions is advantageous but not essential.
- Highly organized.
- Commercially aware.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Capable of working under pressure.
