Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
You’ll provide quality legal advice to the firm’s clients by appropriate supervision and training and managing your own caseload from the outset. Your goal will be to obtain interim payments where possible to facilitate rehabilitation, care, and accommodation arrangements before case conclusion. Our team is dedicated to improving our clients' quality of life.
You’ll join the Birmingham Team, working alongside Partner Sara Burns and Partner Jenna Harris, who have extensive experience in complex clinical negligence cases involving:
- Stroke and profound brain damage
- Spinal injuries
- Birth Injury
- Inquest work
- Fatalities
- Neonatal deaths
- Delay in diagnosis of cancer
- Cosmetic surgery negligence
- Cerebral Palsy
- GP Negligence
- Hospital Negligence
- Surgery claims
