An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal/ Legal Executive / Solicitor to join our Estate Administration Team in Sheffield, forming part of our Partnerships, Wills and Probate Division.

You will run a large caseload with autonomy under limited supervision, often managing demanding and competing priorities.

The successful candidate will have a solid background of estate administration and in dealing with a wide variety of estates ranging from low to high value/ complexity.

  • Technical knowledge of Estate Administration ideally including in more complex areas for example trusts, taxable estates, foreign and business assets.
  • Ability to work professionally and collaboratively
  • Empathy and compassion to help guide our clients through challenging personal circumstances

We believe the role would best suit someone with around 2 PQE plus but we are open to applications from candidates outside of this who feel they can add value to the role.
