We are seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join our Southern Employment team in Southampton. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging and complex employment cases, advising on matters such as employment tribunal claims, redundancy, capability and misconduct procedures, employment documentation, and employment aspects of corporate transactions. You will work with UK-based and international clients, including medium, large, and listed companies, as well as clients in the education sector. You will gain extensive hands-on experience with support from senior team members to aid your professional development. The team also regularly hosts events throughout the year, providing opportunities to support these initiatives, develop presentation skills, and contribute to the team's business development efforts.
