We are currently looking to add a talented Solicitor to our leading Medical Negligence team to be based in our Birmingham office.
Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be joining Luke Daniels, the Regional Head of the Medical Negligence team in Birmingham. Luke has specialised in medical negligence cases for 25 years and worked on the entire range of claims which arise from medical negligence issues. As a key member of the team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives.
- Managing your own caseload, including litigated matters, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Assisting senior colleagues on high-value and complex claims across a wide range of medical disciplines.
- Delivering consistently accurate and compassionate legal advice, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless and high-quality service.
About You
- 3-5 years PQE in Clinical Negligence, with a strong background in Claimant work.
- Proven experience managing your own caseload, including litigated claims.
- The ability to take instructions from clients and give sound legal advice.
- Demonstrable experience assisting seniors across high-value complex cases.
- The ability to operate independently and work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
