Irwin Mitchell is recruiting for a Senior CRM Lifecycle & Activation role to lead how the business uses CRM, behavioural data and marketing automation to improve client engagement across the lifecycle. You will report to the Head of Digital and design lifecycle programmes that support acquisition, onboarding, retention and cross-sell.
