Role Overview

As a Senior Data & Insights Analyst, you’ll be a passionate advocate for data and insight, championing data‑driven decision‑making across the firm. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to translate complex data into meaningful insight that informs strategy, improves performance and drives tangible business outcomes. A key focus of the role will be supporting the rollout of new case management systems across the business. This will include analysing user behaviour, developing high‑quality product and performance reporting, and working alongside the Data Quality team to ensure data is captured accurately and consistently across critical business processes. Working as a senior member of the Analytics team, you’ll use your experience and expertise to help shape analytical solutions to complex business challenges. You’ll play an active role in mentoring and supporting colleagues, sharing ideas, aligning and enhancing existing reporting, and continuously improving our analytics capability. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the Group – particularly within Product Transformation, Client Services, Data Governance and the wider Data & Analytics function – to turn information into actionable intelligence. This will involve helping teams define their data requirements and designing the right analytical solutions and outputs, from real‑time operational reporting and executive dashboards through to in‑depth insight and analysis.

  • Share knowledge, techniques, and conduct research to improve and progress the Data & Analytics services.
  • Coordinate with analytics colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to the delivery of insights and analytics.
  • Develop an understanding of the business, its services and how it works to identify opportunities for improvement based on data and analytics, and ensure actions and recommendations from analytics and insight can be identified.
