Your Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Team as a Level 3 Apprentice. If you’re curious about procurement, enjoy working with data, and want to build strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues, this role will give you hands-on experience from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Gather, check, and organise data related to supplier performance, pricing, and market trends to help shape category and supplier strategies.
  • Use P&SRM systems and tools to support end-to-end procurement activities.
  • Maintain accurate contract files, supplier records and spend data.
  • Support basic data analysis and create simple reports using tools such as Power BI.
  • Manage the P&SRM inbox and coordinate responses to internal stakeholders.
  • Support supplier segmentation, onboarding, and performance tracking.
  • Help identify supplier risks and opportunities using assessment tools and monitoring processes.
  • Assist with identifying and reporting on environmental sustainability goals across procurement activities.
  • Work with colleagues across the business to ensure procurement policies and processes are correctly followed.
  • Take part in team meetings, training sessions and shadowing opportunities to support your learning and development.

Our Apprenticeship Programme

This 24‑month Level 3 Apprenticeship is ideal for someone who is genuinely curious about Procurement and Supplier Relationship Management. You’ll gain practical experience while studying towards a recognised qualification – earning while you learn and developing your career from day one.

You’ll receive dedicated support from the team, regular feedback, and opportunities to grow your professional skills in a busy, supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 A Levels (A–C) or equivalent
  • 5 GCSEs at Grade A*–C / 9–4 (including Maths & English)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working with numbers, data and spreadsheets
  • Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and suppliers
  • Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing deadlines
  • Strong IT skills across the Microsoft Office suite
