Weβre recruiting a Practice Development Lawyer (PDL) to support knowledge management activities within our Private Client Advisory team. The focus is on reviewing, updating, seeking approval for, and publishing precedents and templates related to Wills, Trusts, and Tax/Estate planning advice, ensuring consistency and reliability for fee-earners.
This role is ideal for an existing PDL/PSL or an experienced private client lawyer seeking a non-fee earning, practice support role. It offers the opportunity to develop expertise in legal technical drafting and knowledge sharing, supported by our Private Client and Knowledge Management teams and utilizing leading legal resources and technology.
About You
You should be a practicing lawyer with an interest in knowledge management and legal information. Up-to-date knowledge of Private Client law, experience in drafting precedents, guidance, and legal documents, and familiarity with resources like PWP and PTP are essential. You must hold a current Practising Certificate and STEP qualification, and possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and articulate ideas clearly.
