Serious and fatal injuries can cause huge disruption to the lives of everyone involved. They can mean a total rethink of major life decisions, affecting family members, employment, healthcare and everyday life. Serious injuries are hugely traumatic and need to be handled with utmost care and expertise. Our serious injury team prides itself on making a real difference. We help our clients to live their life as fully as possible after a serious injury. We have years of experience helping people claim compensation for serious injuries and have specialist teams across the UK.

Your role will involve but is not limited to:

  • Supporting case handlers in the running of the cases by assisting case handlers with litigation processes to achieve appropriate resolutions for our clients.
  • Supporting with the administrative elements of case progression.
  • Achieving time recording targets to ensure profitable working.
  • Attending and contributing to team/practice area meetings and engaging with colleagues to ensure team objectives achieved.
  • Engaging in Business Development activities where appropriate.
  • Excellent client care and inter-personal skills, operating with integrity and showing empathy and compassion to help guide our clients through challenging personal circumstances.
  • A friendly, enthusiastic, and can-do approach including working regularly across two office locations (Bristol and Cardiff) when required as well as remotely.
  • Enthusiasm in building a career as a Paralegal, whether you have previous experience or not.
