If you enjoy being part of a successful, friendly and high-performing team, then this is the job for you. You’ll be a key point of contact for our clients, many of whom are going through challenging personal circumstances. This is a busy and fast-paced role, so you’ll need to be able to work quickly and accurately, building strong relationships with your team and our clients. There’s lots of room for progression and we’d really like to support you in your professional development. We have a dedicated national team located in several of our offices.
Some things you might be doing:
- Taking instructions from clients and assisting with giving legal advice, including obtaining evidence and, where appropriate, finding appropriate resolutions for the clients
- Achieving time recording and fee income targets to ensure profitable working
- Working closely with the team’s Associates and Partners to make sure they have the right support at all times
About You
Ideally, some previous Family paralegal experience. Hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent. Ability to work professionally and collaboratively. Empathy and compassion to help guide our clients through challenging personal circumstances. A friendly, enthusiastic, and can-do approach.
