The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.

Responsibilities include taking instructions from clients and assisting with the giving of legal advice, including obtaining evidence and, where appropriate, achieving appropriate resolutions for the clients. Achieving time recording and fee income targets to ensure profitable working. Attending and contributing to team/practice area meetings and complying with directions/decisions made to ensure team objectives are achieved. Keeping up to date with changes in relevant law and practice and attending appropriate training events to maintain up-to-date legal knowledge and best practice.

Qualifications include previous paralegal experience, preferably in Court of Protection, great communication and organisational skills, a friendly, enthusiastic and can-do approach, and empathy and compassion to guide clients through challenging personal circumstances.
