Responsibilities
- Take instructions from clients and assist with providing legal advice, including gathering evidence and supporting litigation where appropriate.
- Achieve time recording and fee income targets to ensure profitable working.
- Attend and contribute to team/practice area meetings, complying with directions and decisions to achieve team objectives.
- Keep up to date with changes in relevant law and practice, attending training events to maintain legal knowledge and best practice.

Team/Background

About the Team
We are a national law firm with a local reach. Our legal experts are here for you. Our Asbestos and Occupational Disease team specialises in disease claims, with particular expertise in asbestos-related cases and representing mesothelioma patients and their families. The team handles a high proportion of litigated cases, many of which are expedited in the High Court. You will be joining our Sheffield-based team and therefore must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our city centre office.
