We're looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. This role plays a key part in delivering paid media activity across search, social, display, and video, supporting firm‑wide brand and growth objectives. Working closely with internal stakeholders and our media agency partner, you'll help coordinate, develop, and optimise paid media campaigns, ensuring they are effectively planned, clearly briefed, and performance‑driven.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the delivery of paid media campaigns across Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook), Display and Video‑on‑Demand (VOD).
  • Acting as a key point of contact with our media agency: coordinating campaign setup, timelines, and delivery.
  • Planning, briefing, and execution across multiple channels.
  • Briefing the agency on campaign objectives, audiences, messaging, and creative assets.
  • Working with internal teams to ensure creative and content assets are delivered on time.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and supporting optimisation activities.
  • Producing and contributing to paid media reporting and insights.
  • Supporting the ongoing development of paid media activity across the firm.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or running paid media or paid search campaigns.
  • Understanding of key paid media channels and performance metrics.
  • Experience working with external agencies.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Desirable PPC experience.
  • Exposure to platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, or Meta.
  • Google Analytics experience.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience in legal or professional services (not essential).
