Overview
As a Solicitor in our Asbestos and Occupational Disease Team, you will manage a varied caseload of asbestos-related and respiratory claims. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across offices to deliver high-quality advice and secure justice for clients. You will own litigated matters while supporting senior lawyers on complex cases, guiding clients through difficult times. This role offers scope to develop litigation skills, build client relationships, and contribute to a specialist, values-driven practice.

Responsibilities
- Manage your own litigated caseload and contribute to high-value matters
- Advise clients and families with empathy and clarity
- Collaborate with Partners and senior team members across offices
- Draft legal documents, conduct research, and support dispute resolution
- Develop and maintain client and referrer relationships
- Support business development activities within the team
Key requirements
- 1–5 years’ PQE
