Overview
As a Grade A Solicitor in our Asbestos & Occupational Disease team, you will handle a varied caseload focused on mesothelioma and other workplace respiratory illnesses. You’ll independently manage litigated cases while supporting senior colleagues on higher-value matters. You will work closely with clients and families to secure the best outcomes with clear, compassionate advice. This role sits in a renowned disease practice that blends expert litigation with a strong commitment to client care and community impact.

Responsibilities
- Manage and own a litigated caseload, including high-value or complex matters
- Provide exceptional legal advice and strategy to clients to secure the best outcomes
- Assist Partners and senior team members on high-value cases
- Work closely with clients and their families, offering support throughout the claim process
- Contribute to business development and client/referrer relationships
Key requirements
- 4-10 years PQE with Asbestos and Occupational Disease experience
- Ability to work independently and manage own caseload
- Empathy and integrity in client service
