Your role as Marketing Operations Specialist is to play a key role in supporting the operational functions of the Business Development and Marketing team. You will assist the Head of Marketing Operations in connecting Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies with data-driven insights, streamlining processes, and ensuring compliance with GDPR. Your focus will be on optimising marketing technologies, managing data, and fostering collaboration across teams to ensure seamless coordination and peak performance., * CRM Strategy Support: Assist in implementing and managing the CRM strategy, ensuring effective integration with the customer experience team.

Budget Management: Support the oversight of the marketing operations budget for efficient resource allocation.

Team Support: Aid in the development of a high-performing marketing operations team, contributing to a culture of excellence.

Technology Integration: Assist with the integration and optimization of marketing technologies and tools.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination in marketing operations.

Performance Metrics: Help develop and monitor KPIs to track the success and efficiency of marketing operations.

Strategic Planning & Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of cohesive marketing operations across digital, marketing, and business development teams.

GTM Strategy Integration: Assist in connecting GTM strategies with data insights for improved performance and outcomes.

Central Hub Support: Act as a central point of coordination to ensure teams are aligned and processes run smoothly.

Process Streamlining: Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency using data insights and technology.

Data Management: Track and analyse data, providing actionable insights to the campaign, digital, brand, and BD teams.

A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Several years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
