The role involves managing a high-quality caseload of asbestos-related and non-asbestos respiratory conditions, including mesothelioma, asbestosis, and silicosis, while collaborating with colleagues in Newcastle and Leeds.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- 1–5 years’ PQE with specific experience in Asbestos and Occupational Disease law.
- Demonstrated ability to manage litigated cases independently.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage an independent caseload of asbestos and occupational disease claims.
- Assist Partners and senior team members on high-value or complex matters.
- Provide exceptional legal advice and support to clients and their families.
- Engage in business development and build relationships with clients and referrers.
