As a Paralegal you will play an integral role in a team of Case Handlers, providing legal support on a variety of cases to deliver an outstanding client experience. You will be based in either Manchester or Gatwick, attending the office two days per week, and will work both independently under supervision and collaboratively as part of the team. Your day-to-day will involve handling client queries quickly and efficiently, liaising with clients and medical professionals in person, over the phone and in writing, and supporting business-development activities and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure client queries are dealt with quickly, efficiently and with empathy, taking appropriate action.
- Progress cases in accordance with department procedures, meeting agreed personal targets.
- Liaise with a wide range of clients and medical professionals via in‑person, telephone and written communication.
- Arrange meetings, obtain medical reports and chase necessary information, always maintaining a sensitive and professional approach.
- Support business‑development activities and attend events, including occasional travel.
