Legal Director - Family

We are currently seeking a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join our award-winning national Family team in Chichester . This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading law firm, offering autonomy, partner access, and career progression.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Bring significant experience in private Family Law, handling both routine and complex, high-value cases.
• Lead and supervise junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and third parties, ideally within Chichester.
• Proven ability to generate or win your own work.
• Deliver exceptional client service, especially in sensitive family matters.
• Demonstrate ambition, energy, and enthusiasm to develop a top-tier Family law team.
