Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for driving the transformation, governance and ongoing development of our core Business Development and Marketing platforms. Acting as a strategic partner to the business, you'll help define how client and prospect information moves through our technology ecosystem, ensuring consistency, efficiency and scalability across key CRM platforms. A key initial focus will be the transformation and standardisation of lead management processes, creating a strong foundation for future automation and AI-driven capabilities. You'll also contribute to wider strategic initiatives including CRM integration, reporting and data transformation programmes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading transformation initiatives across our BD & Marketing technology platforms.
- Defining and delivering the strategic roadmap for platform standardisation and improvement.
- Establishing governance frameworks, processes and operating models across multiple interconnected systems.
- Gathering and translating business requirements into effective technology solutions and process improvements.
- Working closely with Business Development, Marketing, Technology, Operations and Data teams to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
- Driving improvements in lead management, client relationship management and reporting capabilities.
- Developing strategies to improve user adoption, engagement and business value from our technology investments.
- Identifying opportunities for automation, innovation and future AI-enabled solutions.
- Improving data quality, platform integration, governance and reporting capabilities.
- Monitoring platform performance and benefits realisation, providing insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on platform strategy and transformation priorities.
About You
We're looking for a commercially minded transformation professional who combines strong technical understanding with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for driving meaningful change.
You'll Have:
- Significant experience operating as a CRM Product Owner, Transformation Lead, Product Manager or similar role within a complex organisation.
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and wider CRM technologies.
- A proven track record of delivering CRM, digital or business transformation programmes.
- Experience establishing governance, business processes and operating models across enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of lead management, customer journeys, reporting and data flows.
- Experience gathering complex business requirements and translating them into practical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at senior levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for learning and innovation.
Ideally You'll Also Have:
- Experience with Peppermint CRM, Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Exposure to automation, AI or digital innovation programmes.
- Experience within professional services, legal services or another complex client-centric environment.
- Experience supporting enterprise reporting, data or CRM integration initiatives.
