Irwin Mitchell is seeking a Paralegal to support the Restructuring & Insolvency team in Leeds. You will draft appointment documents, conduct HM Land Registry searches and assist with the appointment of administrators and pre-packaged sales.
You will manage your own caseloads, work with solicitors and support client relationships from the outset. You’ll provide preliminary advice, draft court documents, conduct legal research and engage with clients, experts and the team.
