Your Role and What You'll Be DoingYour RoleReporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, you'll support the day-to-day running of the Business Development & Marketing function. Working closely with colleagues across Finance, Procurement, HR, Technology and Risk & Compliance, you'll coordinate operational activities, support governance processes, manage key records and reporting, and help drive continuous improvement across the team.
What You'll Be DoingSupporting budget management, forecasting, purchase orders and financial administration.
Coordinating supplier onboarding, contracts, procurement activity and spend tracking.
Producing and maintaining management information, reports and operational dashboards.
Preparing materials for leadership meetings and tracking actions to completion.
Maintaining departmental policies, procedures, records and governance documentation.
Supporting audits, compliance activities and risk management processes.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and ways of working.
Coordinating onboarding, team communications, operational meetings and planning activities.
Supporting business change projects and the implementation of new systems and processes.
About YouWe're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
You'll have: Experience in an operations, administration, business support, project support or marketing operations role.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Experience working with budgets, procurement processes or business administration activities.
The ability to analyse information and produce accurate reports and management information.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. Ideally, you'll also have experience supporting governance, compliance or supplier management activities, preferably within a professional services environment.
