Events Coordinator

As an Events Coordinator, you’ll be part of our dynamic Campaigns & Acquisition team, supporting the coordination and delivery of high-quality, on-brand events across the business. You’ll work closely with Event Managers, Business Development teams, and Partners to ensure seamless execution of both in-person and digital events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the full lifecycle of events, from kick-off to post-event debriefs.
  • Supporting “invite-only” and digital events across all Business Units.
  • Providing onsite support at events, including national travel.
  • Managing the IM Events Inbox and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ordering branded merchandise and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Preparing delegate materials such as name badges and packs.
  • Ensuring brand alignment and fulfilment standards in collaboration with the Brand Team.
  • Compiling and analyzing event feedback, ensuring insights are shared with relevant teams to support ROI evaluation and future planning.
  • Sharing best practices and supporting Event Managers across Business Units.
  • Maintaining GDPR compliance in all event-related activities.

About You

Your Role

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience working in an events environment, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing software.
  • Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team.
