Irwin Mitchell is seeking a Benefits & Recognition Manager to lead the development and delivery of our benefits and recognition offerings.

You will work closely with the Senior Reward Manager to drive continuous improvement, oversee annual renewals and shape our colleague reward strategy.

The role focuses on delivering competitive, engaging programmes, measuring ROI and ensuring governance, with strong stakeholder collaboration across HR, People Services and external providers.
