The team is currently looking to add a talented Solicitor to our leading Medical Negligence team to be based in either our Bristol or Cambridge offices. As the leading clinical and medical negligence law firm in the UK, we know how to make a positive difference to our client’s lives. Our experienced medical negligence solicitors take the time to understand what clients are going through, helping them get the answers and compensation they deserve. Our clinical negligence team has extensive experience in clinical negligence claims including but not limited to obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology and psychiatric care.
Your Role and What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing your own caseload, including litigated matters, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Assisting senior colleagues on high-value and complex claims across a wide range of medical disciplines.
- Delivering consistently accurate and compassionate legal advice, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless and high-quality service.
About You:
- 3+ years PQE in Clinical Negligence, with a strong background in Claimant work.
- Proven experience managing your own caseload, including litigated claims.
- The ability to take instructions from clients and give sound legal advice.
- Demonstrable experience assisting seniors across high-value complex cases.
- The ability to operate independently and work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
