Responsibilities
- Own, develop and execute the vision, strategy and roadmap for the allocated product team from an engineering perspective.
- Prioritise, communicate and review progress with CIO teams and stakeholders, guiding the development team on when code should be written and adopting good practice.
- Design complex custom solutions that meet the unique needs of Irwin Mitchell, planning and leading development for multiple sets of user stories.
- Mentor other engineers on the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain development standards and best practices for D365, ensuring configuration, customisations and code is well-documented and adheres to quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage and articulate technical terminology for non-technical audiences.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert – PL600, Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals – PL900 and Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate – MB230.
- Demonstrated experience architecting highly complex multi-solution and multi-environment D365 implementations in line with industry best practice, developing D365 plugins, custom actions, workflow activities using C#.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service configuration & customisation including entities, relationships, business rules, complex workflow activities, actions, business process flows, C# plugins, client-side programming with JavaScript, ribbon customisations, Azure integrations, Power Automate flows, Power Platform Model Driven & Canvas Apps.
- Strong application support experience for Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft Business tools, managing, documenting and escalating incidents.
