Role Overview
Legal Support Administrator to support fee earners, partners and the Support Services team.
Responsibilities
- Handling fee earner queries by email & MS Teams
- Ensuring all team files are in good order and databases are kept up to date
- Opening and closing case files on the relevant case‑management systems
- Processing payments of invoices, cheques, BACs payments & billing
- Supporting fee earners with case preparation, e‑bundles & paper bundles
- Preparing digital files for audit
- Managing administration of departmental digital storage platforms
- Booking fee earner travel and meetings and managing expenses
- Managing inbound post, printing, scanning
- Managing radiology requests across multiple digital platforms
- Responding to urgent support requests in a timely manner
Qualifications
