Role Overview

Legal Support Administrator to support fee earners, partners and the Support Services team.

Responsibilities

  • Handling fee earner queries by email & MS Teams
  • Ensuring all team files are in good order and databases are kept up to date
  • Opening and closing case files on the relevant case‑management systems
  • Processing payments of invoices, cheques, BACs payments & billing
  • Supporting fee earners with case preparation, e‑bundles & paper bundles
  • Preparing digital files for audit
  • Managing administration of departmental digital storage platforms
  • Booking fee earner travel and meetings and managing expenses
  • Managing inbound post, printing, scanning
  • Managing radiology requests across multiple digital platforms
  • Responding to urgent support requests in a timely manner
