Your role as the Creative Lead is to shape and drive the creative vision for our brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative creative strategies that align with the Irwin Mitchell Group’s objectives and brand identity. You will lead the design and creative production across all external communications, ensuring consistency and high-quality output.
As the Creative Lead, you will manage and mentor the Design Executive and collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the Brand Manager, Content Manager, and Head of PR and External Communications, to create impactful, cohesive campaigns. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our brand is effectively communicated to both B2B and B2C audiences., * Creative Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the firm’s brand and marketing goals.

Creative Direction: Lead the design and production of all external communications, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Team Leadership: Manage and inspire the Design Executive, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Project Management: Oversee multiple creative projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Manager, Content Manager, and Head of PR to ensure cohesive and aligned brand messaging.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high creative standards by conducting regular reviews and feedback sessions.

Agency Management: Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure high-quality production and budgetary adherence.

Proven experience in a creative leadership role within a corporate setting.

Strong portfolio showcasing design and creative production expertise.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing strategies.

Experience working with both B2B and B2C clients.
Desirable:

Knowledge of video production, editing software, and web design principles.

Experience managing budgets and third-party relationships.
