We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Content team, supporting the business in delivering high-quality written materials and marketing content. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end submissions process—from planning and content creation to submission and post-submission marketing. You’ll also contribute to wider content initiatives, helping to amplify our brand and celebrate our successes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of legal directory and award submissions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Act as the go-to expert and trusted advisor for colleagues across the firm on all matters relating to rankings and awards
- Maintain and coordinate research calendars, submission deadlines, client references, and interview schedules
- Draft, review, and edit compelling content for submissions, awards, and other marketing materials
- Provide training and mentoring to colleagues on best practices for the legal directory process
- Liaise with partners and researchers to coordinate interviews and prepare briefing materials
- Collaborate with Communications and Marketing teams to promote rankings internally and externally
- Analyse and report on rankings performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain an annual awards calendar and track outcomes to inform future strategy
- Support broader content and go-to-market activities as needed, depending on team capacity
- Experience in a content marketing or digital marketing role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Can interpret and make good use of data
- Comfortable multi-tasking and working on multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Project and process management skills with the consistent ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, including strong writing, editorial and proofreading skills
- Self-aware, passionate about self-development/improvement and the learning and development of others
