  • Provide team administration/operational support such as meeting scheduling, action tracking, and document version control
  • Manage internal databases and trackers (e.g., Document Management Control Spreadsheet, Compliance Learning logs) to ensure accuracy and accessibility

  • Experienced in managing cyclical processes such as regulatory calendars, governance reporting, and document control
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in maintaining trackers, logs, and version-controlled documentation
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to the legal and regulatory sectors, including SRA, FCA, and GDPR
  • An understanding of internal governance structures and regulatory operations

  • Generous and flexible pension schemes
  • Volunteering days – Two days of volunteering every year for a cause of your choice (fully paid)
  • Westfield Health membership, offering refunds on medical services alongside our Aviva Digital GP services

We also offer a wide range of well-being initiatives to encourage positive mental health both in and out of the workplace and to make sure you’re fully supported.
